RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) 1500 gallon per
minute fire pumper truck; and,
WHEREAS, Kovatch Mobile Equipment of Nesquehoning, Pa. submitted a bid
in the amount of $258,056; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Kovatch
Mobile Equipment is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kovatch Mobile Equipment of Nesquehoning, Pa. for the purchase
of one (1) KME Renegade 1500 gallon per minute fire pumper truck in the amount of
$258,056.00, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theday of
1992.
