BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute a contract with the
Beaumont Housing Authority under the Community Development Block Grant Program for the
installation of security lights, playground equipment and communication devices for use by
security at the Neches Park Homes housing complex.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this thec-day
