BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the donation of a five foot
(5') water line easement out of Lot 15, Block 4 of Briar Creek Subdivision, Section II from
Ronnie Anderson, President of the Anderson Company. A plat depicting the easement is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof for all purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the
