WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of portable performance staging,
step rises and stage section repair kits for the Convention Facilities, Civic Center Complex;
and,
WHEREAS, Sico, Inc. of Minneapolis, Mn. submitted a bid in the amount of
$29,453.02; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Sico, Inc.
is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Sico, Inc. of Minneapolis, Mn. for the purchase of portable
performance staging, step rises and stage section repair kits for the Convention Facilities, Civic
Center Complex in the amount of $29,453.02, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the iW day
of 1992.
