WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) dozer for the Solid
Waste Management Department; and,
WHEREAS, Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company of Beaumont submitted
a bid in the amount of $136,366.00 with a six month warranty with unlimited hours; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Mustang
Tractor and Equipment is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company of Beaumont for the
purchase of one (1) dozer for the Solid Waste Management Department in the amount of
$136,366.00, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 44 day
of z 1992.
