WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont awarded a contract to Cleveland
Building Systems for the renovations to the Best Years Center; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 provides new 1/4" smoke safety glass and the
repainting of the interior and exterior on all four doors of Foyer 152; and,
WHEREAS, due to the low base bid funds are available to pay for Change Order #4;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute Change Order No. 4 as
stated above for the Best Years Center renovation.
