WHEREAS, by document dated July 28, 1932, the Tyrrell-Combest Realty Company
dedicated to the City of Beaumont the western part of Lot 1, Block 10 of Caldwood Addition
to the City of Beaumont to be used for public park purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has never formally accepted this dedication;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the offer of dedication of the western part of Lot 1, Block 10 of the Caldwood Addition
to the City of Beaumont is hereby declined.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the/0 day
of 1992.
