BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the twelve foot (12.0')
water line easement out of the Hezekiah Williams League donated by Howard G. Nichols, Sr.
in the newly acquired right-of-way of FM 364/Major Drive due to the proposed improvements
planned for the street and in order to better serve Gladys West Subdivision.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the let day
of 1992.
