BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to approve purchase of copiers
through the State Cooperative Purchasing Program for Water Production, the Civic Center,
Recycling Department and the Purchasing Department in the amount of $19,704 from Texas
Copy Systems, Inc. of Austin.
