RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to award a two year contract for
janitorial service to Texas Industrial Contractors, Inc., in the amount of$10,966.88 per month.
The second year of the contract will be subject to funding through the budgetary process. This
will include cleaning service for City Hall, the Police/Municipal Court building, the Beaumont
Library and the Tyrrell Historical Library.
