BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to allow any taxes or fees imposed
by State or Federal authorities on the collection, removal or disposal of solid waste to be billed,
prorata to the customer.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4! day
of 1992.
