BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the donation of a sixteen
foot (16') water line easement out of Lot 1, Block 4 of the Westmont Subdivision from All
Saints Episcopal School.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theme day
of 1992.
