BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the renewal of
membership in the Houston AREA LIBRARY Automated Network (HALAN) on an annual
basis and for fiscal year 1992-93, at a cost of $22,395.
