WHEREAS, bids were received for a seven (7) month contract for litter removal
and grounds maintenance in the Central Business District (CBD); and,
WHEREAS, Yardboy Lawncare Service of Beaumont submitted a bid in the
amount of $2,000.00 per month for maintenance of the Downtown Area; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Yardboy
Lawncare Service is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Yardboy Lawncare Service of Beaumont in the amount of
$2,000.00 per month for a seven (7) month contract for litter removal and grounds maintenance
in the Central Business District (CBD), be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1992.
