RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to approve payment to IBM of
Beaumont in the amount of $51,441 for renewing the maintenance agreement for one (1)
additional year beginning October 1, 1992 until September 30, 1993.
