WHEREAS, the property listed in Property Tax Account 207106-000100 was sold in
error at the May, 1992 Sheriff sale; and,
WHEREAS, due to the fact that the property was sold in error there is an immediate
need to refund taxes for the years 1988, 1989 and 1990 in the amount of $1,644.50;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT actions taken by Jefferson County on October 6, 1992 refunding to Gary L. Cantue the
amount of $1,644.50 be ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the / day
of 1992.
