BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute maintenance agreements
with Compu-Tech, Inc., Nederland and HTE, Inc., Orlando, Florida for the following systems
at the amounts shown for computer software maintenance:
