BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract in the amount
of$264,000 with the Innovative Housing Development Corporation to continue the Homebuyer
Assistance Program.
