RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the EPA grant award of
$110,000.00 from the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency for the study of methods for
controlling pollutants contained in stormwater runoff from the site of construction of Public
Works projects.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of rte' 1992.
