WHEREAS, City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into a contract
with Premium Construction, Inc. for the completion of the Tyrrell Park Creative Playground
and Horse Trails Project in the amount of $117,698.00; and,
WHEREAS, the project is completed; and,
WHEREAS, Premium Construction, Inc. has submitted their request for
payment of the 5% retainage of $5,884.90;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue final payment of the 5%
retainage of $5,884.90 to Premium Construction, Inc. for completion of the Tyrrell Park
Creative Playground and Horse Trails Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1992.
