RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a bid was received for furnishing and installing an outdoor marquee
in the Main Street median in front of the Civic Center; and,
WHEREAS, White Way Sign of Chicago, Illinois submitted a bid in the amount
of $50,429.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by White
Way Sign is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by White Way Sign of Chicago, Illinois for furnishing and installing
an outdoor marquee in the Main Street median in front of the Civic Center in the amount of
$50,429.00, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the
day of 1992.
