RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for re-insurance (stop/loss) of its Medical
Insurance Plan; and,
WHEREAS, Consolidated Financial Services agent for John Alden Risk
Management Services submitted a bid in the amounts as follows:
Employee Monthly Rates Est. Annual
Only Emp./Dep. Premium
$4.18 $9.81 $122,642
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Consolidated Financial Services agent for John Alden Risk Management Services is the best bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Consolidated Financial Services agent for John Alden Risk
Management Services in the amounts stated above, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
