WHEREAS, the claim of Brenda Martin v. The City of Beaumont has been
discussed in an Executive Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Brenda
Martin v. The City of Beaumont in the amount of Sixty-Three Thousand and 00/100
($63,000.00) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
