RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into an agreement with the
Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad Company to clean the ditch on their right-of-way from
Municipal Drive to the Hillebrandt Bayou as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof for all purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this thed_Wday
of 1992.
