BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to allow the City to participate in the
State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program for the purchase of police pursuit vehicles,
automobiles, light duty trucks and vans, budgeted in 1993.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1992.
