RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on Monday, August 24,1992 the City received proposals for a third party
claims administrator of its Worker's Compensation Insurance Program; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the proposal submitted by T. E.
Moor and Company agent for Richard and Associates which includes among other
considerations the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposal submitted by T. E. Moor and Company agent for Richard and Associates,
as the third party administrator providing claims and administration and loss control services
for the City's Worker's Compensation Insurance in the amounts shown above, be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
