RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one self propelled, all terrain,
hose reel assembly to be used in conjunction with a high pressure sewer cleaner for use by the
Water Utilities, Sewer Maintenance Division; and,
WHEREAS, Naylor Supply Company of Pasadena, Texas submitted a bid in the
in the amount of $11,256.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Naylor
Supply Company is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Naylor Supply Company of Pasadena, Texas in the amount of
$11,256.00 for one self propelled, all terrain, hose reel assembly to be used in conjunction with
a high pressure sewer cleaner for use by the Water Utilities, Sewer Maintenance Division, be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
