WHEREAS, bids were received to provide an annual contract for water treatment
chemicals used in the treatment of the City's water supply; and,
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted above are
the best bids meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bids submitted above to provide an annual contract for water treatment chemicals used
in the treatment of the City's water supply, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
