WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for Guard Services and Events
Staff for the Convention Facilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Delta Security, Inc. of Port Arthur, Texas submitted a bid in the amount
of $73,830.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Delta Security,
Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Delta Security, Inc. of Port Arthur, Texas for an annual contract
for Guard Services and Events Staff for the Convention Facilities Department, be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the /6'/-Z
day of 1992.
