WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of right-of-
way for the West Lucas Drive Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land for the West Lucas Drive Project be, and
the same are hereby, approved:
Parcel S: Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 1 of the Calder
Highlands Addition
Owner: Deborah Anne Bando
Appraised Value: $160,000.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1992.
