RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of right-of-
way for the Liberty-Laurel Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the Liberty-Laurel Project be, and the same is
hereby, approved:
Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 36 of the
Janette Addition.
Owners: Dr. and Mrs. Jack Richardson
Appraised Value: $130,000.00
PASSE BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this
the day of 1992.
