RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for Excess Workers' Compensation Insurance
for the City of Beaumont employees; and,
WHEREAS, Employers General Insurance Group submitted a bid in the amount
of $47,170.00 for excess Workers' Compensation Insurance to be effective October 1, 1992;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Employers
General Insurance Group is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Employers General Insurance Group in the amount of $47,170.00
for excess Workers' Compensation Insurance to be effective October 1, 1992 for City of
Beaumont employees, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1992.
