BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute a grant agreement with
the Texas Department of Transportation to receive $123,142.00 in grant assistance from the
State Public Transportation Fund for capital projects and operation expenses for the Beaumont
Municipal Transit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
