WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bo-Mac
Contractors, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc. of Beaumont for an annual contract to
provide Type D asphaltic concrete in the amounts listed above for use by the Street and
Drainage Department, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
