WHEREAS, bids were received for the repair and installation of a horizontal
sliding door track and trolley system retrofit on T-Hanger "A" at the Municipal Airport for the
Building Maintenance Division; and,
WHEREAS, S &M Building Systems of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount
of $31,870.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by S & M
Building Systems is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid submitted by S & M Building Systems of Beaumont for the repair and installation
of a horizontal sliding door track and trolley system retrofit on T-Hanger "A" at the Municipal
Airport for the Building Maintenance Division in the amount of $31,870.00, be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
