RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing and installing two (2) air cooled
condensing units at the Police Station located at 255 College; and,
WHEREAS, Air Comfort, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
of $46,260.00 for one (1) Carrier 160 ton unit and one (1) 84 ton unit to be installed at the
Police Station; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Air
Comfort, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Air Comfort, Inc. of Beaumont in the amount of $46,260.00 for
one (1) Carrier 160 ton unit and one (1) 84 ton unit to be installed at the Police Station, be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
