WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont awarded a contract to Cleveland
Building Systems for the Best Years Center; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been created for an increase of $3,175.00; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been created for an increase of $9,597.00; and,
WHEREAS, The total contract would then be $168,459.83 with Cleveland Building
Systems for the Best Years Center. The UPARR grant provides a total of$194,760.00 in cash;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute Change Order No. 2 and
Change Order No. 3 which will increase the contract to $168,459.83 with Cleveland Building
Systems for the Best Years Center.
