WHEREAS bids were received for furnishing labor, equipment and materials for
improvements to the interior of the Beaumont Municipal Transit Facility; and,
WHEREAS, A-1 Restoration of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of$14,330.00;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by A-1 Restoration is
the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by A-1 Restoration of Beaumont for furnishing labor, equipment and
materials for improvements to the interior of the Beaumont Municipal Transit Facility in the
amount of $14,330.00, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
