RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1)radial view solid state
camera to be used by the Sewer Maintenance Division; and,
WHEREAS, Cues, Inc. of Orlando, Florida submitted a bid in the amount of
$13,900.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cues,
Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cues, Inc. of Orlando, Florida in the amount of $13,900.00 for
the purchase of one (1) radial view solid state camera to be used by the Sewer Maintenance
Division, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the
day of I IWO, 1992.
