BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to enter into a contract with the
Beaumont Housing Authority in the amount of$125,000 for repair, correction and modification
of the sewer system for the residents of the Northridge Manor Housing Complex.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the �'day
