BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract with the
Volunteer Services Council for the Beaumont State Center in the amount of$100,000 to provide
funding assistance for the construction of a 4,000 square foot building that will house the First
Steps Lab School for developmentally delayed children.
