BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract with the
Southeast Texas Food Bank in the amount of $67,000 to provide funding for the rehabilitation
of the donated Sunbeam Bread building which will house a food bank which will benefit low
income families.
