WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing labor and materials for cleaning
and painting the exterior of the Beaumont Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, BRC Painting, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid of $48,763.00;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by BRC
Painting, Inc. is the lowest responsible bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by BRC Painting, Inc. of Beaumont in the amount of $48,763.00, for
furnishing labor and materials for cleaning and painting the exterior of the Beaumont Public
Library, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
