WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two (2) high service pumping units
for the Water Production Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Patterson Pump Company of Toccoa, Georgia submitted a bid in the amount
of $48,139.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Patterson Pump
Company of Toccoa, Georgia is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Patterson Pump Company of Toccoa, Georgia in the amount of
$48,139.00 for the purchase of two (2) high service pumping units for the Water Production
Plant, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1992.
