WHEREAS, bids were received for a computerized ticketing and distribution
system to be used by the Convention Facilities Division; and,
WHEREAS, Dillard's Ticketing Systems of Phoenix, Arizona submitted a bid
meeting all specifications which will be less expensive than the other bidding systems; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Dillard's
Ticketing System is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Dillard's Ticketing Systems of Phoenix, Arizona for a computerized
ticketing system for the Convention Facilities Division, be accepted by the City of Beaumont./
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1992.
