WHEREAS, construction of the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street
improvements in Willow Creek Country Club Estates - Phase II, Section III-B have been
completed as follows:
Street and Storm Sewer Improvements:
o Seminole Drive from Jefferson County Drainage District #6, Ditch 202-
A approximately 587 feet in a southerly direction to a temporary cul-de-
sac.
o Doral Drive from Seminole Drive approximately 280 feet east to the existing
pavement on Doral Drive.
Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements:
• Lots 10 through 12, Block 1
• Lots 10 through 13, Block 2
• Lots 1 through 6, Block 3
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have these improvements
accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the director of the Public Works and Engineering Department
recommends that said improvements meet city standards and qualify for acceptance for
permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should
be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements of Willow Creek
Country Club Estates - Phase II - Section III-B, as described above, are hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the City contingent upon filing of
the final plat complete with filings of dedication of all rights-of-way and easements shown
required on the preliminary and final plats and installation of streetlights.
