RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) 175 CFM portable
air compressor to be used by the Public Works, Transportation Division; and,
WHEREAS, Service Pump and Compressor, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid
in the amount of $10,900.00 for one (1) LeROI Q175DJE air compressor; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Service
Pump and Compressor, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Service Pump and Compressor, Inc. of Beaumont in the amount
of $10,900.00 for one (1) LeROI Q175DJE air compressor for use by the Public Works,
Transportation Division, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
