RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1) pneumatic tired tractor powered
by a diesel 65 HP engine for use by the Water Utilities, Water Distribution Division; and,
WHEREAS, Equipment Headquarters of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$35,950.00 for a Case Model 580 Super K tractor backhoe; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Equipment
Headquarters of Beaumont is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Equipment Headquarters of Beaumont in the amount of$35,950.00
for a Case Model 580 Super K tractor backhoe for use by the Water Utilities, Water
Distribution Division, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
