RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for solid waste disposal
collection for twenty-eight (28) City facilities; and,
WHEREAS, Best Pak dba Rem Waste Control of Nederland submitted a bid in
the amounts as follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Best Pak
dba Rem Waste Control is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT the bid submitted by Best Pak dba Rem Waste Control of Nederland for an annual
contract for solid waste disposal collection for twenty-eight (28) City facilities in the amounts
stated above, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1992.
