RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute Change Order No. 2 with
W. B. Construction, Inc. for Drainage Improvements for East Caldwood. It is estimated that
1350 cubic yards of cement stabilized backfill at $31.00 per cubic yard for a cost of$41,850.00
and 800 square feet of trench protection at $1.50 per square foot for a cost of $1,200.00 will
be required to complete the project. The total cost of these additions is $43,050.00, which
yields a revised contract price of $408,619.00, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
